Note: Once greens fees have been paid by WCGA, refunds will not be issued unless permitted by the course. WCGA will deduct a $10 processing fee for any refund. If a WCGA member/guest requests a refund prior to the event payment being submitted to the club/venue, WCGA will refund the amount less the $10 processing fee. If you have a family emergency or medical situation, please contact the WCGA president to request a full refund.
