Suggested things to have on hand: a yoga mat, strap and block.  If you don’t have those items, no worries, you can use a towel for a mat, a thick book for your block and a scarf or belt for a strap.  Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in with ease.  You might also want to have a small throw pillow to sit on for the beginning of class. Prepare for our Yoga class in advance by:

  • Find an open area in your home for your practice.
  • Lay out a yoga mat if you have one or you can use a large towel about 10 feet away from your webcam so you're visible to the teacher and vice versa.
  • Put your cell phone on mute - and away from you.
  • Breathe.  Come with an open mind.  Stepping onto your mat is a time to pause, breath and reconnect.
