Join other WCGA members for a free health and wellness webinar on Thursday, April 23, from 7-8pm ET, with nutrition expert Rebecca Mohning.  Rebecca will discuss the following topics:

  • Fighting Daily Work Fatigue and Brain Boosting Nutrition – Learn what you should be eating daily to prevent work fatigue.  Discover brain boosting foods to improve memory and concentration.  Learn the top foods and spices for mood and relaxation.

  • Metabolism – During these stressful times learn about the positive and negative effects of stress on metabolism.  Find out ways to improve metabolism and lose weight. Learn to cope with the signs and symptoms of stress.
