Rebecca Mohning M.S., R.D., CSSD., L.D. is a registered dietitian and board certified sports dietitian. She has worked in the field for 20 years and devoted her life to health, nutrition, and fitness. Rebecca started her own nutrition consulting business in 2003, Expert Nutrition, and enjoys conducting workshops on nutrition and wellness for fitness facilities, businesses, universities, and sports teams. Over the past decade, she has provided corporate wellness services and wellness webinars for the employees of Fortune 500 companies. She has appeared in numerous TV shows, newspapers, and magazines. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and her Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Iowa State University. She is also a board certified exercise physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca is a spokesperson for Diet to Go, and nutrition coach for the RISE app, and she consults for Privia Health. She specializes in food allergies, weight management, performance nutrition, PCOS, digestive disorders, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and most of all helping anyone achieve optimal health.
