About the event
WCGA has set up a virtual yoga class, so that we can participate together while practicing social distancing. Our instructor is Robyn, and she will be walking us through the practice of Kripalu during this yoga class. Kripalu Yoga is a beautiful traditional style of yoga that is accessible to everyone and every-body. It is known as the "yoga of compassion”. You’ll experience a gentle warm up and then move on to a variety of postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate for all students, and beginners are always welcome, you will be led and guided throughout!
Those who have paid and registered will recieive an email with details on the class and will need to sign a waiver prior to the class. If you do not have a yoga mat, strap and block - please still join! You can use a towel for a mat, a thick book for your block and a scarf or belt for a strap.
