On August 13, nine of our WCGA members enjoyed the gorgeous weather for an outing at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Clifton, Virginia. Twin Lakes boasts two courses, the Lakes and the Oaks, and our group played the Oaks which is tree lined and a great layout. Collectively, we groused about how deep the rough was, and there were a few lost balls, but it was an enjoyable round for all who were able to play. The course was in great shape. Afterwards, we met at Rosemary’s Thyme Bistro for libations and delicious Mediterranean food. I would say that Twin Lakes should be back on our event list in 2023!
